General terms and conditions of business
1. Special note
With your first order you must register your personal datas. On following orders you can login with your free selectable username and password, modify your personal data, or request a new password. Orders are possible by credit card payment or by cash on delivery (cash on delivery only inside Germany). We saved only your personal data, not your credit card informations. Our store uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information during transmission over the internet. Our privacy insures that your information is fully secure and protected.
2. Ordering from the catalogue
When ordering we assume that you know and accept the following pieces
of advice. Please name the exact type and year of manufacture of your
vehicle (number of article and customer reference number if available),
so that your order can be dealt with without confusion.
3. Catalogue items and prices
A slip of the pen is always possible. In case of an error
regarding prices, offers or confirmation of an order, please accept
our corrections. Prices are in Euro and include the legal V.A.T. Prices
may change during the period of validity of a price list. We thus
reserve the right to change our prices if necessary.
4. Delivery time
Details concerning delivery time are given at our best discretion,
but are not-binding. We cannot accept compensation claims, e.g. on
the basis of delay in delivery.
5. Shipping charges
If not arranged otherwise, you pay C.O.D. We charge postage and C.O.D.
plus shipping for cardboard boxes and packaging.
6. Returns
Returns must be agreed on in advance (please ask for return number)
and must be shipped free of charge. Please make sure the packaging
is safeguard! Please also note that we cannot accept damaged goods
and do not pay the cost of unstamped returns. A well-founded complaint
will be rectified or we will reimburse the purchase price without
difficulty. We very much regret returns if not satisfied; in such
a case we would very much like you to comment on the reason so that
we can improve our products and work in the interest of our customers.
In addition we will have to withhold a charge of 10% of the purchase
price. Special customizing cannot be returned.
7. Warranty
Material defects will be remedied and there will be given a faultless
replacement. Other parts are subject to the warranty period.
8. M.O.T.- quality control and operating licence
We take on guarantee and product liability only for parts which have
been assembled fully according to our details. Please follow our assembly
instructions meticulously.
9. Duty of care
Our customers have to make sure that any modifications and conversions
on vehicles taking part in traffic are in agreement with legal requirements
and have been put down in the registration documents. We disclaim
any customer or third party demands against the vendor because of
an accident or damage of any kind.
10. Litigation
Though we would like to avoid any legal argument, we hereby declare
that the place of performance and jurisdiction is Hamminkeln, Germany.
In any case of customer demand be fair with us. We shall always try
hard to treat you in the self-same way and satisfy our customers.
Attention!
Different prices in the individual countries are the result of differing
VAT rates and varying economic conditions, e.g. different freight
